Get Your TOCNYS License Plates!

A Tesla Owners Club of NYS Inc. custom license plate from the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles is available in the passenger class to motorists statewide.

How to Order: The Tesla Owners Club of NYS plate is available at any DMV office, on the web, by mail or through the DMV Custom Plates Unit. You can call the unit at (518) 402 4838, Monday through Thursday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., or visit online at: http://dmv.ny.gov/cplates.htm.

For online ordering, the plates can be accessed directly at https://dmv.ny.gov/plates/tesla-owners-club-new-york-state.

If you wish to have personalized custom plates, you are limited to 2 to 6 characters. To determine if what you wish to order is available, go to Check for Personalized Plates.

Document, Plate & Annual Fees: Standard and Personalized $60.00

Personalized: Add $31.25

International Symbol of Access:
The Tesla Owners Club of NYS, Inc. plate is also available with the International Symbol of Access (ISA) on it for any registrant with a disability who qualifies for such a plate.  Any individual qualifying for an ISA must contact the Custom Plates Unit at (518) 402-4838 before submitting his/her application.
