Are Electric Vehicles Really Better for the Climate? Yes and This State is the Cleanest of Them All

The common rebuttal of the environmental-friendly claim of EV's, that they are only as clean as the electricity production that powers them, does have truth to it. It reminds us that EV's have shifted offending emissions from the end product to the source. This then begs the question, "Just how clean is that source?"
