Tesla launches new multi-state effort against direct-sales ban

As a new year rings in, there is a renewed effort to overturn antiquated laws in several states that prevent direct sales of cars, which happens to be Tesla's business model. 6 states currently have legislation in progress that would help to restore a freer market for vehicle sales:

1. Connecticut – HB 5285
2. West Virginia – HB 2219
3. South Carolina – S 379
4. Oklahoma – SB 790
5. New Mexico – SB 243
6. Nebraska – LB 51

Hopefully, these corrupt laws begin to fall like dominoes and eventually help knock down NY State's own monopolistic restrictions.
