November 13’s meeting announcement said “rain or shine.”
If only our meetup and group drive had the mild sprinkles that greeted us last month.
This time, Mother Nature decided to turn on snow globe mode, and shook it up a little more than any forecast implied. The first flakes of the season, no less!

No problem. The turnout at “Chargetowaga” more than doubled last month’s attendance. Even if no one sported shorts this time around.
It was just a little comical how our front doors’ “window sills” ended up looking like a snow cone machine gone rogue, after just a few seconds with the glass down.

That meant seeking refuge in Panera. Seasoned and newly-minted members alike got along like lifelong compadres, the way our Niagara Frontier group has a habit of doing, as we gabbed and geared up to hit the road.
A new member, Marc Dombrowski, gladly volunteered to lead us to our destination: the Village of Hamburg. He happens to reside there, so it was second nature! Little did we know that our parade of 3s and Ys would get chopped in half at the first traffic signal.

Thanks to longtime member Adam Weiss playing the role of sweeper, both groups would eventually descend on the quaint little parking lots in their “downtown” core.

The trip there, at least for those on the scenic route, turned out to be an FSD extravaganza. Winding past the tallest buildings in Buffalo . . .

. . . and up and over the Skyway (while it’s still around, at least).

Soaring past vast portions of the waterfront was serene and rewarding.

Through Lackawanna and on to the destination, we stuck together.

Finally, into the land of Hamburgers, as such.

As mentioned, the cars congregated in a couple of lots, we hit SPoT Coffee, and welcomed a few more guests who met us directly there.

The place was hopping! Two entire groups of us livened up the Saturday morning atmosphere into the early afternoon.

Thanks to all who took part. Please stay tuned for our big December 11 event, whose final touches are in the works as you read this. This will be another don’t-miss opportunity if you are a fan of selfies in front of giant Tesla logos, charity events, and plenty more.
Also check out this month’s photo album and mark your calendars for our Buffalo Regional Extracurricular Weekend Summit IV, coming up Sunday, November 28!
