Volunteers Needed for Tesla Mt. Kisco EOQ Deliveries

Tesla Owners Club New York State (TOCNYS) will be partnering with Tesla Mt. Kisco to help with end of quarter (EOQ) deliveries through the end of September. Tesla Mt. Kisco is the most popular delivery location in New York State, and has historically seen an influx of deliveries towards the EOQ. While new owners have traditionally favored weekends for vehicle pick-ups, the COVID pandemic has shifted some of the burden to weekdays.

Members will be assisting on day of delivery vehicle orientation, this means helping new Tesla owners with any questions they may have about their Tesla, and going over the ABC’s (please review the second page titled Guidelines on the Google Sheets in detail).

The ABC’s of a Tesla Vehicle Delivery Introduction:

• Access: How to access/enter the vehicle the vehicle and the various options to do so
• Basics: How to turn-on, operate gear-selector, and other primary vehicle controls
• Charging: How to plug-in, review included charging equipment, review supercharging equipment

On this Google Sheets document, there will be a maximum of four (4) spots per shift available. Please enter your name, and your available date and time on the schedule, and we will finalize the data. If you are unable to comment on the document, please send us an email so we can manually enter it for you. If you are no longer able to make it for the time you signed up for, promptly send an email to TOCNYS and we’ll update the schedule accordingly. Please ensure that you are dressed in a way that will help new vehicle owners and Tesla employees easily identify you as a club member (Club/Tesla branded clothing preferred). Remember to bring/equip yourself with PPE, and maintain all local/state guidelines.
